Quick shipping, didn't have to pay for shipping cost because I ordered over $60. Though the downside was that some books were more expensive than other online stores. However I managed to get a textbook on discount.

Book arrived at a great condition. I wished the delivery would take shorter time, even though it was free. Almost two weeks it took for my order to arrive. I only wished they didn't just leave my order outside the door though.

Bought a coat here, terrible material quality, got given the wrong size. I ordered for a medium size, gave me a small instead. Not worth it to send it back either, because we have to spend our own money to ship it back.
Never buying from here again. Should listen to reviews next time.
