I placed an order on Sunday, Nov 28th with the Black Friday promo. The order processed without any issues. Then I realized I never received an order number. I called to inquire but they can't find my order. I call my cc company and it shows a pending charge for Therabody. I called again to inquire and basically I have been going in circle with these people and my cc company can't drop a pending charge because it's pending. Customer service and Theragun can't seem to figure out what to do. What a nightmare! In the meantime I'm thinking if this is how they treat a potential customer then how do they treat their regular customer. Needless to say I'll be shopping with their competitor.
