After one episode they repeated the same again with the next order of MI laptop.
And when I cancelled the extended warranty because the laptop order was cancelled by amazon around their own whims of exchange policy. ( even after the product satisfies all criterion for exchange they refuse to pick it up), guess what the xustomer care tells I will get a refund after they receive the product. There was a person to pick up the same at my door also!##$$.
