Stay away from Umer Hayat and his Hukumat company! They are scamming customers by providing worst quality Pakistani programmers and are forcing for pre-pay!

I don't trust this attorney. My brother hired his company to evaluate damages to his house, but the report he received was disappointing. Far less damage reported than it actually was. Something is fishy here!
