I've purchased deals from this site numerous times and rarely ever had a problem. The odd times that there has been an issue it has been with the other company and when I contact groupon they have helped take care of it (either by giving me a refund or telling me other options). I have the app directly on my phone as I plan to continue to use it in the future. I also love that they offer 20% off on top of the reduced price on a regular basis.

This is my 2nd review about this company and I have more negative things to say about them as I have been back and forth with this company for months trying to get the items I purchased in Nov 2013 and they just keep giving me a copy paste response EVERY SINGLE TIME, I don't think they actually read my emails. Its June 2014 and I still haven't received any of my 3 items and all they will offer is credit to my dealticker account which is ridiculous because then I will have to buy from them again and continue fighting with them to receive the items. They keep telling me that my items has been shipped (every month they say the same thing) yet they won't give me a tracking item. This is a HORRIBLE company with HORRIBLE customer service... stay away!

Exact same problems as everyone else has mentioned, I don't think anyone has anything good to say about this site. You order something and months go by and you don't receive it. You try and call and can't actually talk to someone so then you resort to emailing and it takes numerous attempts before they will respond to you andeven when they finally do they give you bull about their policy and basically all they will offer is a dealticker credit. No thanks, but a credit to their crappy company does not interest me. I'm still trying to get something that I purchased in November and it's already May. Never ever again would I buy from them and would encourage others to do the same. So unhappy with their service and lack of customer service
