I very stupidly allowed walmart.com to save my credit card on their site. Someone from another state hacked my account and ordered an item. Now I do know this happens, but when I called their fraud department and told them to stop the delivery, they said they could not do it. A week later, the item was delivered. Why couldn't they stop the delivery? Now I have a big hassle with my credit card company. Do not use their website. Go in person. I will never order anything from them again online. They do not take fraud seriously. So long as they get paid, they do not care.

I placed my original order with them for three pairs of tights in November 2022. I received a partial shipment in January. As of now, February 2023, I still have not received the third pair of tights. $192 is expensive for three pairs of tights. Should YOU order from them? Yes and no. Yes the tights are as promised: extremely durable and hard to rip. I always had problems with my fingernails tearing holes in my tights or snagging on the tights. No if you need to actually wear the tights! LOL! If you can wait for months, go for it. These will probably arrive when the warm weather hits and I don't need to wear tights!

Tip for consumers:
It will take several months for your order to arrive.

I came across this company on Pinterest! I know, I know... I should not have clicked, but the deals seemed unbeatable. Well, of course, they were out of stock. The ad was just a tease, but I was hooked by the cheap prices. You get what you pay for: the order took close to two months to arrive, the sizing was terrible, and the quality was poor. And this is the first time I've received an invoice without the prices for the items on them. I'm not even going to bother with the return process after reading the reviews. I'll just donate the clothing. In short: don't be fooled by appearances. The company reached out to me to get me to change this review! They offered me more of their lousy clothing. They are busy posting a lot of fake reviews. Don't believe the hype.

Tip for consumers:
Not sized for the average American woman. Their XL is really a medium.

With as much money as Zoom has made as a result of the pandemic (over 4 billion dollars), you would think they could spare a few dollars to hire people for live chat customer service if not a call center. It's a telling sign that they don't make how to contact support clear on their homepage, but the sales department is front and center. If you click on support, you are taken to a virtual assistant that would be fired if it were a real person! It gives you so many answers to the simplest question that it's like no answer at all. This is the worst form of customer no service that I've ever encountered, and this is not a free account. More importantly, the security should be renamed insecurity. It's so bad that we now have a name for it: Zoom bombing. Not only have I experienced Zoom bombing, but even with the password protection, I receive multiple emails stating fake attendees are waiting days in advance of the meeting. Who signs on for a meeting a week in advance? Helloooooooo! I know there's a pandemic, but we do have other things to entertain ourselves besides waiting for a meeting to start! My advice if you must use Zoom: Always create a password and always create a waiting room. Do not admit anyone named Phineas T. Fobalob. LOL. Use any other platform if you can. Me, I'm stuck because my job pays for it.

I have a been a customer for over 10 years, so I think I can really evaluate them in terms of their growth. Years ago, they had terrible customer service, but I've seen a lot of progress since then. Maybe it was all of the bad reviews and complaints? Whatever the reason, they've become quite responsive. Their website works and is user friendly. Plus, they have a Credit Wise feature which allows you to check your FICO and credit report for free! I think their charge dispute process still needs improvement, but overall, I'm satisfied.

I've been a customer for years, and the only reason I don't cancel is they have kept increasing my line of credit. Otherwise, I'd cancel this card. Besides having one of the worst customer no service departments ever, they have a tricky way of charging you for late payments. Here's how the scam works: They charge you an annual fee, but won't let you pay it in advance! I paid in advance, they issued me a refund, and then charged me for not paying the fee! How can I be late if I have a credit?
Like many, I had to use Credit One Bank to re-establish my credit because they approve just about anyone. Well, I found out why: Their shady practices mean they make a ton of money off of you. I could go on and one but let me just get to the final straw: getting qualified for a credit increase which was issued as a second card of the same type so a second membership fee could be charged. Of course, when I didn't pay the second membership fee, thinking the second card was the old one reissued with a new number, a ton of late fees accrued! If you have to use them, make a calendar note to check the account every other week, because their email notifications come late or not at all.

Tip for consumers:
Credit increases given on a second card of the same type with two different numbers. Make sure you are paying on both cards.

A lot of dating sites have fake profiles, but they do not call themselves www.EliteSingles.com. The name makes you think they are actually vetting people for their qualifications, but they do not. There are profiles with claims of having a master's or doctorate, but full of broken English! The best: A guy with a doctorate wrote sentual instead of sensual. Elite does not deliver on its name. Don't be fooled.

Tip for consumers:
Do not use this site. They do not review the profiles for legitimacy.
