High fees and only paid by the owners of the structure. Too convoluted and discordant management, errors in the calculation of rates, non-collaborative assistance. Not competitive at all, better other competitors.
I rented a car with a franchise. Unfortunately the rental company (SIXT) challenged me about some scratches probably caused by a sidewalk. I had to pay SIXT (EUR 419,71) and then claim reimbursement from CARFLEXI.The procedure took about three months, however in the end I was refunded 334.75 Euro. My opinion is overall positive especially for the courtesy and kindness shown in solving the problem (A special thanks to Mrs Lena M).
