I am happy to share that the reason I've remained a Vitality Medical customer for so many years I've lost count is that they have a terrific inventory range at prices that are hard to beat, and delivery is timely and reliable. Their online interface can't beat an industry giant like Amazon but precisely because Vitality Medical is not an industry giant you get real customer service when needed.
On the rare occasion system glitches have not been in my favor their customer service has taken care of me. Big shout out to Kirk of ext 606 for taking care of today's glitch with impeccable customer service!
Supporting smaller businesses can be a total win-win. It has been for me.
Tip for consumers:
Setting up subscriptions allows you to take advantage of free shipping if the orders meet a minimum of $35. You have control over shipping dates and what ships by using the calendar, pause, cancel and resume buttons. To ensure your subscriptions get grouped into one order check the subscription numbers to ensure they match.
