Sent wrong product and didn't give money back. They added a voucher to force me to order again. While i dont want to order from them again. And this will cost me that i pay again for the product i need. Customer service agent Hisham is rude. And manager called me named khaled. Was argumentative and call was useless. Will not use the app again
