Don't even think about getting insurance through them. Look at their reviews and they are all the same. Pay for insurance, have to cancel, not going to get money back PERIOD END OF DISCUSSION. I am in the process of disputing charges via charge card company. Thankfully my credit card company stands with the consumer vs. companies!
Tip for consumers:
Go somewhere else and check reviews. Use a credit card company that will stand up for your rights vs. companies' rights.

Travel insurance (HA)
If you book through Expedia, do not expect them to help you with cancellations even though you may have bought their travel guard insurance. Worthless! Also shop around a little more before using Expedia. They say they are the cheapest around but I found cheaper of course AFTER I booked with them. Not happy with them nor their service. They won't back up their customers PERIOD. They give you one excuse after another. Put you on hold while they play with their phones or whatever to pretend they are doing something. Worthless!
Tip for consumers:
Go somewhere else, look at reviews and shop around. I found cheaper prices and better hotels/motels AFTER I booked with Expedia. And once you are booked, try to cancel. Not going to happen. I paid with a credit card so I just disputed the transaction so I will see what happens. Either one of these companies are not going to help you though unfortunately.

Booked through Expedia and purchased their travel insurance (Travel Guard) both a waste of money. Needed to cancel trip early and did not get a refund from either which cancellation was in their "guidelines". Never again with either of these companies
I had ordered some corner cabinet pullouts. Unfortunately did not work for my cabinet so I had to send them back. They were excellent to work with, paid 1/2 the shipping which wasn't cheap and refunded the remaining monies promptly. Would definitely use this company again!
