When we first got our puppy, we were looking for all kinds of ways to train her to listen as well as potty train. Of course, at first, we could not let her loose in the house, so had to quarantine her a night and then pen off the kitchen during the day. When we found the puppy apartment that came with a DVD instruction video, we really considered the expensive price and decided to take the leap of faith. Oh boy are we glad we did. She took to it really well and understood the concept of a bedroom and a bathroom really quickly. It was awesome! We followed the instructions and before you know it, she was running back to the apartment to do 'potty' by herself. After a while, about at the 6 months of age, she was sleeping in our bed and would get up out of bed, go down the stairs and do 'potty' in her bathroom all by herself. Could not have been better! Awesome product!

I keep on buying my pet supplies from them and keep on getting impressed. I will be a long time customer. I wish they would have a few hard to find pet toys on the website...

I purchased from this site a few times now for puppy supplies. They have an easy check out, fast delivery, and good prices. The one time that my order was wrong, they sent out the correct item right away and told me to keep the wrong item and donate it to my local shelter. Isn't that awesome?

After writing the first review, I was waiting for about 8 days for my order. It wasn't like it was a heavy or bulky item, just a small fish tank filter of $6.99. They responded to an email I sent and replied that because I did not pay for shipping, they sent it the standard method of shipping. Which means, the absolutely slowest way. Even though it had a tracking number on the package, I guess not paying for shipping also did not get me the consideration of sending me an email to let me know it was shipped. I finally did get the item and everything was fine. Just real slow.

Never got my purchase!

I ordered one simple item, a fish tank filter, and 8 days after I have purchased with a charge on my paypal account, I have not gotten notified that it has shipped and have not received it either. Very poor follow through and communication. I sent an email asking to the status, lets see if they even respond. I hope I do not have to open a paypal dispute.

I purchase a full set of ready to assemble kitchen cabinets from Mei Kitchens in 2011 for our house in CA. They arrived on a pallet and was delivered from a truck. They put all of it in our garage and slowly we unpacked and started to assemble. Any item that was damage, Mei Kitchens replaced with no hassle. The kitchen ended up looking awesome and now that I am in CT. I looked them up again to purchase bathroom cabinets and noticed that they really changed their product line. Their product line is too contemporary and shiny for me, so had to go to a different company. But loved them the first time!

It is right before the holidays, and people will be coming over, and what happens? The fish tank cover/light combo decides to go on the fritz! Now the fish tank corner of the room just looks like a black hole! Tried buying it regular brick and mortar stores, but they did not carry the Aqueon brand. Found it online and this place was the cheapest, however did have to pay for shipping which was a bummer. I bought it on a Saturday and received it on a Wednesday. That was great! The item was not broken, was packaged well, and worked the first time! I got it installed and the tank looks great! Bummer that they pulled out of the Ebates program which is awesome!

I have been using this website for about a year or so. If I want to make a purchase online, I look for the item's best price at any website, and then check out whether Ebates has a deal with that vendor. If so, then I open a shopping session of that vendor through Ebates, make my purchase, close the website, and then close the Ebates website and within a day I will get an email from Ebates telling me how much cash I will get back. It is great! And, by the way, Ebates has thousands of vendors working with them, so more than likely, the website you want to purchase from will be listed. Yay!

I ordered a leatherette futon couch from the website because they had the best price for the item. In about 2 days it was on its way to my home. A few days later, we came home and what was on our front porch but a simulated leather deluxe recliner in a terribly beat up box. The label on the box definitely was of a recliner and it was obvious that it was not a futon couch! So much for matching the item with the paperwork at the warehouse. I started a return and because of the big item, there was special services required and I followed the instructions on the website with no success. I looked around the website for a telephone number to call for customer service and never found it. I did eventually find out how to start a chat session that was very slow, but did work to complete the return. They gave me a return label and it was picked up the next day. Next thing I know after about 2 weeks, I get an email from Walmart that they never received the item, and if they did not receive it by a certain date, they will charge me again. Needless to say, I had to waste another 2 hours on the website chat function to wait for a representative and then explain the issue and have them look into it. They finally looked at the tracking number of the shipment and realized that they received it the day after I sent it back. Dah! Not the best of my online experiences. I will have to remember this moving forward.

Ordered a replacement freezer for one I had for 15 years. They had just the item! It was delivered by a few guys that took care not to damage it and they took the old one away. Bought a generator from them 2 years ago, and that was a good experience too. Oh, also a snowblower. All good.

Bought about 3 pairs of shoes from this retailer. Kept one and returned two. Easy returns and the shoes looked good. Just bought another pair... this time a pair of black shoes that are supposed to feel like sneakers. Box is not opened yet, but I am sure they are fantastic! However, if not, not a problem with easy returns. Yup, they are a keeper!

I bought a baby boy basket for a gift to a couple that just had their first child. The basket was delivered when they said it would, and the parents loved the treats for them as well as for their new bundle of joy. Good experience.

I ordered 4 Peaceful White Garden planters as centerpieces on the tables for my wedding this weekend. I expected 4 beautiful baskets full of beautiful plants that I could bring to the reception location tomorrow. The picture and description on Proplants.com website was perfect for my needs... and I did not have a problem paying the price asked because they would be great!

What I got delivered was not the plant collage that I expected, but the separate items that still had to be assembled, and not with any extra dirt to plant them in! What I got delivered in 4 separate tracking numbers, one that was sent via FedEx and the other 3 via UPS, was 4 baskets with plastic liners, and 16 separate plants that did not look too healthy! We also got an extra gift with the delivery too! An insect! You can imagine my disappointment with only 2 days from my wedding and I still have to assemble, run out and get potting soil and try to make them presentable for my guests to take home. Let's hope they make this right!
I added some photos below... first is of the bug in a glass, the second is the 4 separate baskets, and the last is of all the separate plants that are yet to be assembled.

Updated: 6/28/15 Well, after I posted this review and then shared it on Twitter, the customer service of Social Media Rep replied to me email and investigated my order. They apologized profusely and gave me a few options on how they could help with my disappointment. They offered to duplicate my order for free, a full refund on my credit card, or a store coupon in the amount of my order. I would normally want the item, but since my wedding was less than a day away, I took them up on their offer of a full refund on my credit card. I was very please that they offered this and it did make up for the extra work and time that it took to assemble the centerpieces. Thanks ProPlants for admitting a mistake and doing something about it. Because of this, I am raising my first 2 start rating to a 4 star. Thanks for your social media customer service.

5/1/2016 - My husband bought a small rose plant to ship to his mother for Mother's Day and the feedback from her was great! It arrived with a few flowers and some buds. She said they looked great and the plant was healthy. It also arrived on time. Way to o ProPlants!

I did a lot of shopping to find a 18 kt yellow gold engagement ring. Zoara had a great selection of solid 18 kt yellow gold rings that did not have to be resized for me. Not many places have size 10. Even though the ring was yellow gold, I also wanted the strength of platinum for the diamond cage and a six prong setting. This setting also had the little bling on the sholders of the ring of princess cut diamonds in a bezel and invisible setting. I picked a beautiful diamond and the combination was dazzling! I also bought a princess cut wedding band, or eternity ring to match. Great combination!
Zoara even called to see if I liked the jewelry and assured me again if there was anything I ever needed, don't hesitate to call them and ask.

Tip for consumers:
I called on the phone as well as chatted online to make sure this was the best choice from me, and then made the purchase online.
