I saw a painting online and wanted to find the author. I googled and found the painting at Rabi Aromas' site. Rabi is a woman who lives in Pakistan.

I found her in Facebook and asked if she is the author, she said yes. I asked if she can make a copy of her own work and she said yes. I paid more than 300 and she sent me the copy.

The quality of the copy is bad. The shapes and colors are way off. Later I have found out that she was not the author. She in purpose was hiding the signatures of the real authors. As a copy maker, she is not good.

To sum up, 1) online she posts works of other artists and claims that this works are hers.
2) if you will order a painting, she will make a copy which will have inferior quality. 3) you will not get your money back. She will deny lying and will tell you that everything is your fault.

PS. I attach a couple of photographs of what she claims to be her works and of what she sends as copies. Hope it will help.

PS(2). I told Rabi I will make this story public. In response, she posted in ONE of her Facebook accounts a message stating that people do not understand the difference between original works and copies and that she warns everybody. This is not true. 1) She posts the pictures of the original paintings. 2) She does not warn you that the copy will be inferior. 3) Until I pressed her against the wall, she did not acknowledge that the originals were not hers.

This is what she wrote to me (I do not change her spelling).

Guys. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
The quality is not even awful. It is not existent!
They send you a cloth with threads sticking out and generously agree to return 2 USD:)
Just run away. Btw, if you see similar items sold by any other site - RUN.
