I opened the box and the watch was not working. I pulled the crown gently to set the time, but the crown flew off, never to be found again.
I contacted customer service and received a form letter in return. I contacted them again and got an RMA to return the watch. Postage was 37.60... non refundable.
Non-functioning pretty watch that's useless, from a company that rips off its customers.
