I ordered a pair of Pantofola d'Oro cleats, they sent me Adidas's(from China, and may be knockoffs?). I contacted their customer service by e-mail (no phone listed) they acknowledge of mistake but told me they didn't have my size. I gave them 4 other options from same mfr., instead they offered discounts for future purchases. 2 moths later, they keep sending me template replies. Finally the best they can do is to give me a 40% refund. Are you kidding me! It's their mistake. I contacted Pantofola company, they said they don't deal with VivianHansen.ca. It's a 'Fake' they told me. In their "shipping and return" they say: "We are committed to your complete satisfaction" this is one dissatisfied customer. Do not buy from this company! Mark G
