Fired 8/27/2013 with $3,324 of our money most of which was for gravel never delivered and installed.
Promised delivery from 7/19/2103 until day he was fired.
Tried BBB without success. Still waiting for Civil Trial.
John Passons has previous judgment's against him but transfers ownership of assets to others to avoid paying.
His daughter Monica Passons assist in the con game of ripping off customers. Claiming her father's migraines and medication make him forget promises, written job scope and cost, and cause his disgusting customer treatment. She also explains he does not answer phone for days because he lies in bed for days with his phone turned off.
