Ordered tickets 19 days ago. Order confirmed and money taken right away then... nothing. Emailed. Nothing. Called but was waiting so long, over 70 minutes, my phone died. Two chats going. The first when nothing at 42 minutes started another. Finally after another 30+ minutes got someone. And... no help. Our guarantee is that you will get the tickets within 2 hours of the concert. And what happens if not. No answer. Sending teens. Cannot send them in without tickets. 19 days and no tickets? NEVER USE THEM. NO customer service and the guarantee? Ha. I suspect the "tickets" will come through about 3 seconds before and be different or later and they will claim it has been fulfilled. Not worth it. Go with a reputable seller unless you are OK waiting to see if you can go after travelling there, paying for parking, etc.

Got classic boot cut in black and classic straight leg in grey in regular. When it arrived, it was literally comically so long and I am 5 feet, 7. Called and they said you need to buy in Petite to get a shorter length. Did so - return process took quite a while. Just received. Boot cut great, but the straight leg is again comically long. They are supposed to be the same length in Petite but they clearly are not. I have not measured to see if they are 30 each but not sure what is going on.
