We are very disappointed in GroupRateIT's customer service communications. We have never, ever, had a live person answer a phone call, and have always had to leave messages. In addition to leaving numerous voice mails, we have also attempted to send emails, never to be returned. Our club is currently in the middle of a fund raising campaign. However, due to the lack of communication and this company never responding to our inquiries, it gives us red flags to their credibility. If we were beginning fund raising efforts all over again, we would definitely avoid working with this company
