I did some research on Arkgameserverhosting.com and i found this "company" is actually just gtxgaming who are actually registered in Saudi Arabia, very shady and suspicious! If you compare their websites you will see they are very similar. I would not trust this company. They also appear to pay trust pilot, i tried to provide review due to a bad experience with them for a ark survival evolved server at AGS ( arkgameserverhosting.com)
They are registered in United arab emirates ( UAE) but have a uk domain and portray themselves as UK/US.
Very shady company, they also have other websites and they are not even hiding their design of their websites they own http://arkgameserverhosting.com/

The guys seem nice in the begining until your server starts having issue once that happens they...
