“Don't order from them”

Their free shipping uses Fed -Ex economy rate, which is horrendous. My packages have not shown any movement for 7 days. NOBODY can tell me where they are but Fed Ex has 21 BUSINESS DAYS, from the last scan date, to deliver. Keepsake Quilting is not worth it
