These people are thieves. They take your money. And don't respond to emails. I asked several times via email for the status of the bike being shipped. I tried calling but there is something wrong with the number on their site. I filed a case with PayPal because they seemed to be a scam. They responded right away after I filed the case and they disputed back. Keeping the money and not shipping the bike. I re-opened the case because they are refusing to ship and refusing to communicate like normal business people. I noticed they increased the price by $50 now. PayPal just issued me refund. Beware. These people are terrible. Ruined my buying experience.

Response: wow. By their response, they know how to sound normal. The truth is:
1. The phone number on their website does not work - so I couldn't call.
2. I emailed 3x with no response.
3. I noticed my card was charged.

I opened the wrong dispute on accident because I usually don't have to do that- Most businesses will communicate and work with you. PayPal assisted and I received my money. They actually refused to ship the bike after they thought they won the dispute! Otherwise- why not issue a refund immediately? Why didn't you just ship the bike? Why did you increase the price a week later? Why not communicate the status of processing since you so quickly answered the PayPal dispute. I complained at Better Business Bureau and he took the time to email a threat to sue.

Listen Mike,
1. I have rights as a consumer!
2. I have the right to file a complaint with BBB.
3. You have an obligation as a business to follow the law. You can't hold on to people's money and ignore communications. Then harass and threaten them.

4. There are soooooo many complaints on here about EXACTLY the same thing- you charged them, then go dark, and prolong holding on to their funds. You are upset because I didn't wait weeks. I smell you.

5. How about you EARN some good reviews and treat your customers better.

6. Bottom line: services/good not rendered. And I had to file a dispute to get my money.

BAD BUSINESS. Pictures DON'T LIE. You can keep crying wolf- but consumers are smart and will read through all your BS.

Here is the truth, She purchased a bike from our site on 4/8 literally 3 business days later she files a false claim with Paypal stating that she did not authorize the charge and that it was fraud. We contacted paypal and they placed a hold on her account to investigate the potential false claim. We very clearly noted on the site that items ship in 5-7 days. This all happened on Monday 4/13 the bike was preparing to ship, we stopped the shipment as it was clear that her false claim with paypal was leading to issues. After we contacted her on Monday she admits that her claim was not true and changes it to a non-received item claim. She does all this 3 business days after ordering the item. We cancelled the order and she was refunded in full. False claims filed with Paypal are taken very seriously by Paypal and all businesses.
