I ordered two hoodies for my son. The order was not true to size. I contacted Customer Service. I received an automated response that you will receive a response in 24-72 business hours. I tried 4 times to get a response for over a month. I Did NOT receive a response until I contacted paypal for a refund. This company then says to paypal they will issue a full refund when I return the merchandise. Catch 22, the cost to return to the address they provided is $54,2/3 the cost of the 2 hoodies. Somehow that does not seem reasonable. Had I received true to size merchandise, I would not have had to return them and would have been extremely happy with what we received. I am happy to return the products if a more reasonable shipping option be provided. I would not order from this company again because of this experience with their customer service department. I was leery to make the initial purchase and my son was so excited and said they were so legit... Well, I should have stuck with my initial gut response.

I would not purchase from this company.

Although the refund policy says "Full Refund", it is up to you to pay the cost to return the merchandise that does not fit or meet your needs. When that happens you are in a partial refund status. I can not use either product I ordered because they are too small. The two items cost $79.80. The cost to return them to the address provided is $54? How does that sound reasonable.
