I've been with Metro PCS for almost 4 years. My fiance has been with them for many more. The customer service is terrible. The phone representatives are uninformed, don't know how to speak English and you must go through annoying automated messages before getting assistance. I was advised to use the app, go online to metro pcs t-mobile, or by calling 611. I tried the first route and had everything ready for it. No, not possible. It transfers me to a call to customer service where I listen to unhelpful messages, finally advising me that I need to visit the store. What? So much for being able to connect a new phone by the app. The unlimited phone service is quite the opposite. The service practically halts when you reach a certain level of use for the month. Then, I must turn phone off and back on to get it to stop freezing. If you log into the app, check out how many negative reviews on there! But, even more noteworthy is not one of them receives any response or comment. The company simply doesn't care AT ALL about the poor service they provide.

Tip for consumers:
Plan on getting angry and frustrated.

I must say, they have the most comfortable slippers I've ever worn. Every winter I purchase two pairs that last me for an entire year. They are well made and extremely comfortable. Their designs are unusual and awesome. The stitching never comes undone, sewn very well with high quality thread and soft fabrics. The colors are usually earth tones, which I prefer since I really like neutrals but, there's always a pop of color that gives character to the design. Great manufacturer and I hope they continue to maintain that level of quality.


I absolutely love Kendall Jackson wines and their winery is very nicely designed with pleasing interior decor. This is a very nice place to come and enjoy their awesome wines. When the pandemic is past us, that will be one of my choices for visiting. I decided to only drink their wines and that's all that I buy. I look for restaurants that have it available before I make my reservations. Love KJ!


This website is used by our healthcare organization as a source of information for our patients who may want to review additional information online for conditions they are being treated for. Their definitions of skin conditions are accurate and complete to include treatment options and other resources for further options. They provide descriptive definitions of skin diseases and photos to educate the reader. I highly recommend their website to anyone wanting more information about their skin conditions.


This is by far the absolute worst background checking site I have ever subscribed to. They provided zero information, charged me $28.00 and after spending 10 minutes on their site to realize it was a waste of time, they refused to refund more than $20.00 of the amount. How do I know it's a scam? I did a research on someone with a felony and they stated this individual had no criminal history! They are a scam! I am contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a formal complaint. Don't worry about the info they may have on you; they don't do any research at all. They came up with names of known relatives and that was it. They wanted more money for any further information. Do not waste your time. They say that they have an easy way to cancel if you're not happy. However, they don't offer a refund. For 75% of the refund, I had to insist! This is a complete scam!

First time on website (and last) and I had added two items to my cart (one "free") for a total of $36.95. After I checked out with PayPal, I find the the order went through without being able to review and I was charged double the amount. I logged back into the site to find that multiple items were added to my order without my knowledge or consent. I sent email requesting to cancel the order and also filed a dispute with PayPal. What a scam! I highly advise anyone and everyone to avoid them! What a complete waste of time! I really hope that they issue the credit within a day or two. I have a bad temper when it comes to becoming a victim of deceitful business tactics and won't tolerate it from anyone.
