Had a bad experience with Kris Land. We sold him a product that was great item for the money and sold at wholesale.
Kris Land found a small problem with the item. Turned a small problem into a huge problem. We offer to fix the item for free. Kris Land didn't want anything do with the easiest resolution. Kris Land demanded a free part. Sent emails blaming our company on why he couldn't fix his roof on his house? The part was on back order and manufacturer could not give us a delivery schedule. Keep in mind his item was fully functioning and still able to use with no problems.
Kris Land threaten our company and gave us advise on how to run ours. (Which is funny because Kris Land's website is full of fake information and fake wordpress business websites)
We ended up finding another part for triple the amount cost. Sent to him

Dealt with Kris Land and was a bad experience. Tried to help him offered free product support and free repair. Seemed the only thing that would make him happy was getting something for free. Made demands and threaten our company and gave us advise on how to run our company. Which is funny because Chris Lands background consists of fake Word Press business websites but he can give advice on how to run our business? He got his free part & paid extra to get it to get it him. No thank you, no nothing just threats.
