The cosplay quality is incredibly low; threads coming out, bottoms and top are two different sizes, a piece broke during shipping, decals in wrong places/upside down. They say they offer refunds and returns but their "customer service" person refused to refund citing that nothing was wrong. They didn't even acknowledge the broken piece that I brought up multiple times. They also delete all negative reviews from their website and I suspect the positive reviews are fake. I can't overstate this enough; go literally anywhere else!
Tip for consumers:
DO NOT USE ROLECOSPLAY EVER! It is the worst cosplay shop that I've ever come across!
Products used:
Mostly unusable. Can maybe repurpose the jacket part.
