I too thought I had been scammed after I read some reviews and when I tried to contact them through the web chat and got someone from the UK telling me I was scammed. I received my daughter's prom dress on the day she said it would come(through an email and not in the account where there was no shipping info or tracking #) and it's BEAUTIFUL. The problem seems to be with the bottom of their web site... obviously they copied another site but didn't change the contact info. If they would just fix that, then I think the issue of if they are legitimate would go away. Our dress did come from China... beautifully folded and protected in sealed plastic but with NO packing slip. I can not stress enough how gorgeous it is, right down the the hand sewn beading. We custom ordered it to my daughter's measurements and it fits perfectly. I hope they get their web site issues resolved so more people will trust using them.
