I like this website. It's easy to navigate and they have some good international bands. It seems like a fairly new site but expanding nicely.

“Awesome Marketplace for Musicians by Musicians”

A friend turned me on to these guys. There is no up front cost or credit card required. It's a marketplace for musicians by musicians. I was able to find affordable social media promotion for my music.
I bought their spotify plays and soundcloud promotion package. So far I have been very satisfied. You only pay once the job is delivered and you approve it.
