Changed invoice to double and used for credit card, shipped 1 blanket charged for 2. I returned blanket refuse to refund. Trouble... Do not do business with this company-firm Scam

Rating on site says 4 stars.....noway. Phoney just like everything else with this company.

Products used:
Did not use blanket - returned the next day- wrong color - charged for 2, ordered 1 and 1 was shipped. Invoice was doubled enroute, stated l price charged credit card double amount. refuse to refund at this time. Admit they received blanket and all funds paid, still refuse to refund money.

Placed my food order with Luby's menu on their website to be delivered by FAVOR. So it was delivered precisely on time, nicely presented, one item missing the beet salad. Completed first form headline FAVOR,=== couldn't "SEND", so tried another form, couldn't SEND. This after spending time detailing the event each time to utter exhaustion. Sp after at least and hour decided to read their other suggestions which led to the same conclusion once you completed the extensive form you could not SEND. Next suggestion was to contact the runner. That was tried and I fully explained again to no avail a reply came back saying that runner was not available to sent it to another. I have never been given the run around as I was by this company - at first I thought it was my fault of perhaps the system wasn't working - NOT. They have no intention of replying or accepting the information. Sorry Lubys I will have to order elsewhere.

I had received the dinner order from Lubys which FAVOR delivered, minus one item. I was trying to either get a refund for the one item or replacement. It doesnt amount to that much money just the manner in which they do not take responsibility for their service and send you from one form to the other which you cannot SEND to them. You are wasting your time and the aggravation when you realize it is intentional.

BeauxArts representative picked up 3 artworks from my residence. During the trip with Beaux Arts The frame on one was damaged. This was not disclosed until the items were picked up and the missing chunk had a wad of cardboard inserted in the frame. Noting that the cleaning crew had thrown the original piece away. This is a FRAMING company! Further full price of $60. Was charged for one way pick up service at my residence and full price for the work done on the other two amounting to several hundred dollars. BEWARE.

The bank is handling this for me. The refund did come today $47.12.
I wish I had never heard of this company. Stay Away.

Signed up for sample $2,99. Received package. Next a notice to receive $69.in merchandise that I did not order, It was not disclosed or attached in anyway that you are ordering any merchandise. Yet it is to be shipped within 2 days. Trying to Cancel is an impossible feat. Do Not Sign Up for Sample on Facebook. Never again. I will place a phone call today to try again and cancel and if that is not successful will cancel credit card.

HAD SAMPLES SHIPPED TO ME IN DALLAS, TEXAS. Samples were shipped cheapest way 3-4 days in cardboard box (made of the thinnest cardboard)when arrived both times completely defrosted and warm to the touch weather 80 plus degrees. Company would not agree to changing packaging said it met standards. Nor did they offer a refund of my $30 plus. This food could not be eaten safely for the dog. Packaging obviously was not up to standard. Refund was received 5/16/2019.

Learned my lesson. Know whom you are doing business with.

The food is great. Quality food and the preparation leaves nothing to be desired. It isn't overly seasoned, just right. I highly recommend.

Thought I was ordering meals. Instead you get a 2 divider server with soupy mix called a pot pie, no crust, and 4 pieces of a vegetable. That is it. Sorry not for me.
Will not reorder.

Was told I was not telling the truth, and when given bank's phone no to verify info Discover refused to do so. Would never ever use a Discover Card again. BTW my credit score is 750. And I do not lie.

Ordered usb cable on line, gave phone id and was assured it would work. Received it did not fit my phone, which I had purchased from Vz. So then was given specific
Instructions on how to go to the store and purchase so it would fit. Amazing, so purchased from ebay for 1/3 the price and it works. No unsolicited gab. My last purchase from Verizon.

Delivery service is good, but they tend to take advantage on pricing delivery. Showed special, but when delivered charged full price. When questioned tried to insert old standing ad. Watch the deception on advertising fees.

Ordered breakfast from McDonald thru Doordash. Waited and waited nothing... finally contacted Doordash. Said I refused to answer driver's request to leave order at door, so therefore they were not refunding any money $16. Plus. I have not seen nor heard from their driver. What a SCAM! No delivery no food. NEVER AGAIN

I use their groceries shopping almost weekly. It is such a pleasure to have dependable deliveries and if things aren't quite right, they make them right.

Use their mail shopping service and have great luck.
They may be a little delayed on their shipping dates, but usually by only a day or two.
Has delivery service 5 stars for it too, really pleased with shoppers and delivery personnel.

Why is it a program which is detailed to keeping all sorts of records of my personal business, etc. cannot fix their own problem. I don't know how many reports there have been because you cannot sign into the program. It will not accept the sign in.
This is baloney. FIX IT.

Purchased over $3000 in security equipment from company. Later paid to have them monitor one alarm system. Paid for service monthly. System quit monitoring.
Because of Tattletale and AT&T wiring problems, etc. several months ago, Tattletale is billing and attempting to collect months that monitoring was not available. They did not advise of their inability to monitor the equipment sold to me, until we called company to see why the device quit telling time. I refuse to pay and to also pay to update the equipment. I want nothing more to do with this company.

Martha's Senior Gourmet is excellent. They deliver fresh cooked food on a regular basis. The food is prepared and is seasoned to specifications. You can order from their menu. However they are adjusting to a change in personnel in Dallas area, that takes time.
For that reason I am looking forward to the once again perfection that once was.

Tip for consumers:
My system did not adjust to the food served by the new personnel so sorry to say had to quit.

Am very please with the sprouts-amazon home grocery delivery. It is as stated, 2 hour window for delivery and everything is fresh and cold. Very satisfied.

Had prescriptions filled at CVS. Never doubted. Well check and double check. I had one filled and, wasn't aware until I complained to my doctor that the med was making me sick. Discoved it was the wrong Medication that was given by CVS. The Pharmacist attitude was OH Well,, not that she made a mistake, sorry., Will not trade there.

HAVE PURCHASED CLOTHING AND SHOES FROM THEM FOR YEARS. THE ONLY DRAWBACK IS THEIR CREDIT CARD SYSTEM. SHOULD MAKE ALL CREDIT CARD PURCHASES EQUAL. I SHOP OTHER PLACES SOMETIMES BECAUSE OF THEIR POLICY OF GIVING GREATER DISCOUNT IF YOU USE THEIR BANK.
