AVOID AT ALL COST THIS SCAMMERS! BOUGHT A NEW MACBOOK LATEST MODEL 2019 IT ARRIVED WITH FAULTY BATTERY/HARDWARE AND NOT FULLY FUNCTIONING KEYBOARD. I'VE BEEN CHASING LAPTOPS DIRECT FOR OVER 3 MONTHS NOW (CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?!) AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT REPLACE MY UNIT! YOU MAY PAY 10 POUNDS LESS BUT ITS NOT WORTH IT! AVOID THIS SCAMMERS AT ALL COST AND JUST GO WITH OFFICIAL APPLE SHOP INSTEAD! SHOULD HAVE CHECKED BETTER BEFORE BUYING WITH LAPTOPS DIRECT! JUST LOOK AT ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS THIS COMPANY HAS DO YOU THINK IT'S NORMAL? SCAMMERS
