I sure wish I checked out this company prior. How is it even still going.
1st issue my return flights was changed without consent, just told my new flight date 19 days different.
2nd check in wasn't possible in mytrip app. App said checkin at airport, check in cost £55 each. (9 of us)
3rd refund for changed flight has zero hope thanks to poor basically null customer support. Most the calls made were to the same person eating while on the phone.
Refund after 2 months and hours on a phone still not recieved, actually now saying its been made and case closed without listening or viewing proof.
