No professionalism... I prefer to shop at a store that Has some costumer service training. I ordered an item took almost two weeks and no update I emailed the site and she said oops sorry... two days later still no update I requested to have my order canceled and they did.
Tip for consumers:
Just buy anywhere else. I didn't want to buy from Amazon but the lack of costumer service would drive someone to chose them instead.
