I ordered a King size Comforter. It came in a Queen. When I called Customer Service to let them know, they said I would have to pay to ship it back and then they would send me the right size. THIS WAS NOT MY FAULT! I asked if they offered a place where I could print return shpping label. She said no I would have to pay to ship the item back. I told her I didn't feel I should have to pay for their mistake. She told me "Mam, I'm in Customer Servirce, not shipping" Are you kidding me? I said "EXACTLY!" I asked to speak to a supervisor and she told me one was not avaiable. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I realize mistakes happen. But, their customer service is poor. By reading some of the other comments, I'm better off keeping what I have. Some people are out their item and shipping and still waiting for their item or refund! I wish I would have came to this web site before I ordered.
