First thing you need to know is they "review" all of their reviews and remove negative ones to falsely raise their rating. Also, their customer service is awful—they talk down to their customers and have zero transparency about when items will ship. They'll get to it when they get to it. You might get it this week, it might be next year, and they don't care. You might get something ripped or damaged, and they don't care. They'll respond to a review like they do, but they really only care about taking customer's money.
