I bought Two wigs Mia long 180 density and Nara symmetrical cut both were the worst wigs I ever seen the hairline was horrible lace wasn't HD and density 180 was not for Mia long when you send them pic to prove the products has multiple problems instead of excepting you are not happy and want your full refund they insist for to tamper with wig make excuses for how it came in a box and shipping has nothing to do with the pics I can show you and waiting on a response now on the pic I sent with my custom form receipt I pay almost $100 to ship back to return sender while receiving emails about how to fix wig on my head to hide defects, I paid a lot of money for each wig together cost me $682 and I had to take it a step further to make sure they are aware their products were shipped out and I will not be doing any fixing or tampering to cover anything on my head because this is absolutely not what I wanted and paid for if I don't hear from them bout what I emailed them about which was photo of proof it was sent back thru custom and how long will it take to refund my full amount back to my card. I feel like they want you to threaten them with lawyers and banks to get involved with this situation which can be handle a lot better with all the money there customers spend. No more excuse about how the business is lacking workers aren't efficient with work I want my full refund or else it will get into lawsuit which will cost them more then my refund
