In March 2015, came to know about M3M being highly reputed builder. So booked a 3bedroom flat in M3M Marina. The total cost 1.45crore and we had paid almost 90lac over few years. Then like everyone else we were badly hit by the pandemic COVID-19. We live and work in UK. All extra earnings stopped hence we could not pay the last balance of 40lac rupees. I emailed M3M on numerous ocassions requesting best possible options. I took 35lac loan from my bank, as I was about to pay got a letter from M3M, that my property is cancelled. I returned the loan back to the bank and started chasing M3M for deposit. I wrote numerous letters to M3M managing director Mr. Bansal but no reply. I found out my property was sold in March to someone else without my knowledge. I finally got a reply from M3M that they are not going to return any money. They will give property, so I chose few properties that I liked, also to fit in the deposited amount but M3M refused. According to Mr. Gaurav Kaushik, Prateek Bali, we can only have a property that they will give, at a rate that they will set, at the price that they decide, the floor which they decide, no choice. We still agreed and decided to borrow a loan again, unfortunately, I fell ill with Intracranial hypertension and other underlying conditions and my loan was refused. I may soon lose my job due to illness. M3M is still not replying to any of my emails. All I need is my full refund from M3M. They are enjoying the interest for so many months on my hard-earned and taxed money 90lac. My mental health is gone down, felt like being cheated by M3M, tortured by their employees.

A square yard employee has approached me to help me solve my property-related issues with the builder. He said he will get this issue sorted for me within a week. He spent two months without a single outcome. He was asking for 5lac rupees to get the issue sorted out. We agreed saying once everything is resolved we will pay you. It is best to get a written agreement so noone can cheat anyone. He started asking little little amount at first to get the power of attorney. Pay rupees 10,000. We only paid him 5000. Turns out the power of attorney was never done and he blankly refused to pay the money back. When we approached his bosses, they said he left the company although he still goes to square yard gurugram once a week but they are not recovering the amount from him. Square yard and its emploees cannot never be trusted no matter how big or small amount it is.
