I ordered and paid for an accessory over a month ago. Been emailing when it would be shipped and at first they said about a week, then a couple of weeks later emailed again and was told end of July month and a half. Why on earth couldn't they let me know when it was ordered that it was on backorder? Very poor communication!

I was about to place an order with SUBRETEX today for one of their products but had a couple of questions, so I called the contact number (Glad I did) on their website a couple of times and NO ONE answers the phone, also no option for voice mail. So, I sent a couple of emails requesting someone call me back... NO ONE DID. Finally I tried the chat feature and guess what there was NO ONE THERE to chat with. If you place an order with this company and you have any kind of issue... YOUR SCREWED

Bike Bandit sent my order short without explanation in an email or online, so I called and waited over 15 minutes and no one ever picked up.
I believe reps must be working from home is why C. S. sucks so bad. Customer service people that work from home do a very poor job. I do not want to hear the virus excuse because that is crap

Were all here doing everything we can to help out the massive flow of calls were getting. We are sorry you feel the virus is a bunk reason for delays but that is another thing we can assure you on, its real and its happening.
