Not even a customer yet. According to customer sales you can't have a prepaid debit card to pay for insurance with these people. THEY WANT TO CONTRIL HOW YOU MAKE A PAYMENT. Why is Napa still in business. The sell nothing but crap part. 95% of the parts I get are defective. I do believe this is fraud. I'll have my lawyer look into it. Don't buy from crapa. This company will rip you off. First if all they sell cheap crap that falls apart the minute you get it. Second of all there's no customer service at all. You have to wait days to talk to anyone. Third you can't track anything so you don't k is if your getting ripped off. It takes months for your item to get here and your lucky if it is what is described or pictured. None of the items I have ordered have ever been on time. Or what is described. BE AWARE. ITS NOT WHAT YOU WANT.

So I have not been a Bridgecrest customer for months now. Bridgecrest is still negatively affecting my life. Listen people if you have any problems what so ever that can affect your finances (like a pandemic) don't use this company. They have become vindictive and they are holding my credit score hostage. I have had to take legal action and hire an attorney. Might want to look elsewhere. If it's to good to be true it is.
