RIP off, liars, insultive company. By pass. Had service 2 months and T-Mobile has done nothing but make my life hell. Unprofessional and not smart customer service. Needs to be bankrupt

Not even a customer yet. According to customer sales you can't have a prepaid debit card to pay for insurance with these people. THEY WANT TO CONTRIL HOW YOU MAKE A PAYMENT. That explains why this company isn't growing. Well you don't want me as a customer I'll go else where as you sink into bankruptcy. They will for sure want my business. Not smart business practices from the get go, kinda makes me wonder how everything else would have went. I'm sure not good.

Pay my premium last month and watch ads still. I miss my payment on purpose and the idiots at YouTube can't figure it out. I tell them Why payment wasn't made and they repeat the answer. Another Netflix in the making.
I ask for a supervisor and you get the run around on that too. Don't waste your money you will get ripped off and get the run around.

I think I'll stop paying this corrupt government to be slow corrupt and poking their nose in buisness not the USA problem. How do you put someone on unpaid leave after he is shot at delivering packages.
He should be getting paid to be off. Now you people wanna put that driver on the same route. YOU ARE PUTTING HIS LIFE IN DANGER. Now you want to punish him for saving his own life. I hope you go bankrupt. You are a racist company. If it would have been a white driver I'm sure you would have changed his route and gave him paid leave.
That driver needs a raise. I hope he files lawsuit against you. I will be delegating my account and I'm going to blast you all over the world. You disgust me. Get your head out of you butt.

Why is Napa still in business. The sell nothing but crap part. 95% of the parts I get are defective. I do believe this is fraud. I'll have my lawyer look into it. Don't buy from crapa. You are wasting time. The part you get probly will be defective I'd go elsewhere and avoid the hassle and time wasting

This company will rip you off. First if all they sell cheap crap that falls apart the minute you get it. Second of all there's no customer service at all. You have to wait days to talk to anyone. Third you can't track anything so you don't k is if your getting ripped off. It takes months for your item to get here and your lucky if it is what is described or pictured. None of the items I have ordered have ever been on time. Or what is described. BE AWARE. ITS NOT WHAT YOU WANT.

So I have not been a Bridgecrest customer for months now. Bridgecrest is still negatively affecting my life. Listen people if you have any problems what so ever that can affect your finances (like a pandemic) don't use this company. They have become vindictive and they are holding my credit score hostage. I have had to take legal action and hire an attorney. Might want to look elsewhere. If it's to good to be true it is.

Be detailed and aggressive financial companies don’t have your best interest in mind.
