Ordered a ps2 game for my birthday 38£ silent hill. What came was a linx 8£ keyboard. To say I was gutted was an understatement.Id waited a whole week then to receive something totally unrelated just summed up the care that went into processing my order.Im now in the cycle of sending back the item to either get my game or a refund which can take up to 14days. There response was, after we've checked the item! I never needed a plug in keyboard as I don't have a linx pad cex. I just wanted my ps2 game! I'm still quite angry/upset.Ive bought lots of items from cex and generally I've had no bother. But the customer service is non existent! No number to call, all automated and all left to the consumer to sort there mess up. They will have have gotten my unwanted item back yesterday and I've still not had a reply to say if I'm getting my game. Honestly they may be a couple quid cheaper than EBay but at least you have buyer protection etc.Im seriously thinking of leaving cex, which is sad as I've bought countless items from them.
