Hershey park will try to push gift cards and ecards on you because the park is "cashless". That is not true for all of the vendors and you can just use your credit card. I bought gift cards that then weren't accepted in the park (error reading the cards), but then no way of getting a refund. So I'm just out that money. As if everything in the park is not already overpriced that have to ty to scam money with these gift cards.
Waited over a month for a very simple order (instead of paying rush order fees higher than my actual order). Finally got the product and the measurements were incorrect. Cannot use the tarp. Customer service did nothing to try to resolve. A total waste of time and money.

We also offer faster turnaround options - Standard Ground, Express & Priority - and you can choose the desired option based on the delivery date and cost displayed next to each.
With regard to the product, as explained respectfully by our Quality team, the height for the clear panel was entered as 1 feet which is what we have provided. This is mentioned clearly on your order confirmation email. Your claim that you left that field blank is also not possible, since the website displays the prompt "This is a required field." if you leave it blank.
Having said that, we understand that when ordering online anyone can make a mistake. Despite there being no error from our side, our team offered a significant discount if case you wish to reorder the product with different measurements. We are sorry that you do not find this to be reasonable assistance.
