After messing around with a company that was way over it's head (SoniXcast), I settled into this company in February 2017. Tried it free for a month. The servers were stable and the customer service was immediate. Decided to do a half year subscription. To this date, I haven't had any problems, and where there was a problem, their customer service was top notch. The costs are considerably less than at the new Live365. They continuously upgrade, so that says a lot about their service. By all means, try it for 30 days. I guarantee you'll be satisfied. Really impressed!

After my 18 month stay at Radionomy, I decided to look for another Internet broadcast provider. I decided to go with SonixCast, as they had a 30 day trial and their royalties were covered. I was initially sold on the service and in September signed up for a year. For about 4 months everything went well. Then in December, I began noticing some serious technical issues with the service. For a period of days the system went down. I gave the service the benefit of the doubt. But then January came and I began seeing intermittent issues with the service. Customer service was overwhelmed. The final straw was when the radio station went down for 48 hours during the most important time of the year (Super Bowl). I decided to leave and go to another service. Unfortunately, I never got my money back, which would serve as a lesson not to do a year plan. If you do decide to go, don't get the year or 6 month plan. You'll lose your money with this company. You're better off with another broadcast service provider.

Coming from experience, we were forced from Live365 to this service in January 2016 when it went "belly up". Initially the innerphase took time to get used to. Once the station was up and running, it was fine. Then came the periodic technical issues. Customer service, which was based in Belgium, was non-existent. Anything that went wrong on Friday wouldn't be resolved until Monday. Then came the geo-block. Certain countries weren't able to air months at a time. Then issues with Tunein got Radionomy stations forced off their airwaves. Finally the straw that broke the camel's back. Radionomy arbitrarily decided to black third party radio apps in the states and forced listeners to use their own app. I didn't hear the truth until reading about it in a radio industry news letter. That was the last straw. If there was a company that was unprofessional and unappreciated of good work, Radionomy takes the cake. Worst company I've ever dealt with! Stay far away!
