Placed a site to store order on 10/7/21. Still trying to get the part that was delivered broken replaced and it's 1/21/22. Communication has been virtually nonexistent. In the new world we're all living in, delays are part of life. Poor communication and repeated mistakes aren't. They finally shipped the replacement part last week. They shipped it to the wrong address and never asked me for my address. After I corrected that with the shipping company, today, they delivered an entire replacement drawer, not the replacement top I needed and have in writing from them was shipped. I suppose they are probably an okay store if everything happens to go right on your purchase, but it seems to me that as soon as anything goes wrong, they ignore, deflect, and just hope the customer goes away. Not the service I expected when ordering two separate ~$1k arb drawers from them.
I had intended for them to install the drawers, but after they never (still have never) responded to that email to the address that they specifically requested I send the pictures to, I installed them myself. As I have chronic back problems, that cost me far more than having them do it. Overall, I'd give them 0 stars if I could.
I reviewed this process two months ago on 4WheelPart's own website using similarly professional language and they "moderated" the review and refused to post it. They seem to be one of the least honest and communicative businesses you could deal with.
