“Perfect Way To Finish My Day!”

I started here wondering if it was right for me, now I am excited about getting to class and even have done a few double downs. The quality of the workout is outstanding and the staff is beyond incredible. I have been pushed, pulled and motivated to levels I never thought possible, thank you to my new family at the Tigard I Love Kickboxing!
