Favoritism is out control. I've seen this in unfair wages, time off, development opportunities, and division of workload etc. Plus the "special" people are allowed to work from home locally or out of state. Life is rarely fair but The Navigators remind you of this daily.
You are referred to as a Navigator or a Non-Navigator.
Women are not given the same opportunities as men. Women perform the same work (and more) as the men but do not receive the respect deserved, job title or pay as men.
Plus ageism discrimination. Women sign non-disclosure agreements and are quietly shown the back door.
Tip for consumers:
Employees pick and choose who they help and when they help. If its its not in their job description (even if they know the answer) they won't help and you'll be passed back and forth for 3-4 weeks between multiple departments and then you get sent back to the department you started with!? Then the process starts all over and was told the request was last minute and they couldn't help and for a couple of weeks.
Worst job I've ever had. Make sure you have an exit strategy. I was cursed at or insulted almost daily. Didn't matter how hard I worked it was never appreciated or thanked. It feels like working for a dictator that thinks of himself as perfect and your lucky to be in his presence.

We have enjoyed the chocolate at Patsy's since 2005. It surprises me when someone hasn't heard of this store. Pleaae keep this small store in business.
Over priced flowers and over priced fees. I prefer the flowers from King Soopers over Enchanted Florist.
We purchased our daughters 16th birthday and high school graduation cake from them before they moved to the new location on Academy. Both cakes were customized and looked beautiful and were delicious! After they moved we purchased our daughters College Grad cake for her party. A relative picked the cake up for us the day of the party. I should have immediately tossed it in the garbage! The lettering looked like 3 different kindergarteners had wrote my daughters name and university! It was embarrassing to serve! I kept telling myself just cut it up quickly and maybe people won't notice. Then it got worse the cake tasted awful! I threw out so many plates of cake with only 1 or 2 bites ate off each slice of cake! Won't be going back for grad school, bridal shower, wedding or baby shower etc...
Little London is not what they used to be! Expensive and embarrassing!
Clothes look like cheap knockoffs. Clothes look nothing like the pictures on the website. Clothes look like they were sewn in the dark. Bait and switch! Shipping back to China would cost $75.00. The head hole on one shirt was so small, not even my daughter could get it on. Company does not care and keeps offering to refund $5 dollars more if I take down this post. If you see a positive review for this company well they probably posted it!
