Customer service is nice, replies questions fast and items are shipped in timely manner.
But.
Shipping and repacking of items don't work. I was told that some of boxes arriving were too big, so Leyifan repacked them - and then they had to repack them again as they were placed in too big boxes. After that all of my items were repacked: I might get box weighting 4 kilo and it had to be repacked so the boxes didn't weight more than 1 kilo. The maximum weight limit is 30 kilo and the overall size wasn't the issue. Items were also packed in boxes so big that they would move around and be easily damaged. I asked about this and adding paper etc. would have costed extra.
So yeah, it sounds cheap, but after you have to repack everything and pay extra for packing items, shipping can cost over 1600 yen for one box as they repack everything to smaller boxes and remove previous packaging material.
Also (as mentioned in other reviews) the payment methods don't always work and if payment is not in time, they might close your account. Error messages are in Japanese so it's really difficult to know what went wrong with payment.
