Ever since they changed from Healow to Wellmed they have COMPLETELY gone downhill. Now I can't even get ahold of them to request a refill on my prescriptions. Can't make an appointment. Can only reach them through the app which is GARBAGE and won't let me sign in. For a YEAR I have been trying to contact my doctor but CANNOT because Wellmed totally made their office USELESS to me. If I ever do get my doctor to fill out my necessary paperwork for my medical Accomodations at work I will be looking for a NEW provider. A staff that is reliable and actually knows how to do their work and not let an app do it for them. If anybody reading this knows of a medical staff that actually DOES something, please let me know. Southwest Orlando Family Medicine has completely gone downhill. Did I mention when I tried to contact them through their website it only gave me Doctors in Texas? I live in FLORIDA!

Tip for consumers:
Like my doctor but too bad his staff is crap. I need a doctor who I can depend on. How can you depend on a doctor you can’t even reach?

Completely INCOMPETANT STAFF. Said I had appointment. TWICE I said I never made appointment! Got message I missed appointment. Tried to log in to their portal. SIX TIMES I tried to reset my password because I could not log in! Could NOT reset password! I WILL BE LOOKING FOR A NEW DOCTOR. Shame, I LIKED the doctor but his staff and portal are USELESS!

Tired of "hints" for an ancestor who lived in the 1500's having CIVIL WAR hints. 200 YEARS AFTER MY ANCESTOR DIED. Ancestor born, lived, died in Virginia - get baptism hint from ENGLAND.

Now suddenly trying to add ancestor mu tree is in SPANISH. THAT'S RIGHT, SPANISH. PHONE SETTINGS SHOW ENGLISH, CHANGED LANGUAGE ON ANCESTRY TO ENGLISH MULTIPLE TIMES - STILL SPANISH. ONLY SITE IN SPANISH. BOT IS USELESS. CAN'T GET PERSON UNLESS YOU GO THROUGH MULTIPLE USELESS QUESTIONS.

I AM ON MY BREAK AT WORK. DO NOT HAVE AN HOUR JUST TO TALK TO SOMEBODY.

USED to enjoy this site, but there are too many sites out there than I can post my tree to. And THEIR hints are RELIABLE! Ancestry has become too unreliable! Tired of deleting JUNK that gets added to my tree!

Decided to cancel subscription. Now they are going to delete all of my foriegn hints, even though I have been paying for them for the past TWO YEARS.

Try other free sites before you spend money on their GARBAGE! A LOT OF THEM OUT THERE! And their documentation pertains to my actual ancestor, not just somebody that happens to have the SAME NAME.

Bought used Malibu. Need new key. Called DON MEALEY CHEVROLET IN CLERMONT, FL. Talked to service who transfered me over to parts. Quoted new key at $128. Drove 45 minutes in heavy traffic to get there. Told new key was $250, NOT the $128 I was quoted. "I don't know why he quoted you THAT price". I DO.

Service department gives quote over phone, the DOUBLES the price when you come in. Does this sound like a REPUTABLE way to do business?

Stay clear of this place. Especially the service department. Give you quote, the DOUBLE price.

Got a door tag saying they had a package for me. Was not expecting package. Called to schedule delivery. NEVER SHOWED UP. Said they would attempt again next day. Never heard back from them. Try to contact FEDEX, they want tracking number. I don't even know who shipped the package, don't have tracking number! Want door tag number, but since they NEVER ATTEMPTED TO REDELIVER THE PACKAGE, THEY NEVER GAVE ME ONE!

Called today, "it's been three weeks!" "After this time it was shipped back to shipper." The shipper they CHARGED FOR DELIVERY BUT NEVER BOTHERED TO DELIVER MY PACKAGE. IS THIS AN ACCEPTABLE WAY TO RUN A SHIPPING COMPANY? CHARGE THE SHIPPER FOR DELIVERY, BUT NEVER DELIVER THE PACKAGE, SEND IT BACK INSTEAD. FEDEX IS THE MOST UNRELIABLE SHIPPER OUT THERE! CAN'T EVEN BEGIN TO COMPREHEND ANYBODY WORSE!

Got a door tag stuck to my door today. I WAS HOME ALL DAY LONG. THE DRIVER NEVER EVEN ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT ME, JUST STUCK THE DOOR TAG ON MY DOOR.

As others have said, they have had the same issue. This is the SECOND attempt this company has tried, both using FEDEX, who REFUSES to deliver the package they were PAID to deliver.

If the driver had to get out of his trcuk to stick the door tag on my door, why not just DELIVER THE FREAKIN' PACKAGE?

Now I have to go in to pick up my delivery because FEDEX employs useless, lazy idiots that CANNOT EVEN DO WHAT THEY ARE PAID TO DO. ACTUALLY DELIVERING PACKAGES!

THE ONLY THING WORSE IS THEIR SO-CALLED CUSTOMER SERVIVE.

USE UPS! OR USPS. FEDEX IS USELESS!

REPEATED - DOOR TAG STUCK TO MY DOOR EVEN THOUGH I WAS HOME ALL DAY. ABSOLUTELY REFUSE TO DELIVER PACKAGE. IF THE DRIVER GOT OUT OF HIS TRUCK TO PUT THE DOOR TAG ON MY DOOR, WHY NOT KNOCK ON THAT SAME DOOR AND ACTUALLY DELIVER THE PACKAGE YOU ARE GETTING PAID TO DELIVER?

For TWO WEEKS now I have been unable to log in to my outlook e-mail. For some reason the password I had saved for YEARS would not let me in. Tried to reset password, they REFUSE TO RESPOND to my reset request. Went online, want me to log in with password THEY NO LONGER RECOGNIZE. REFUSE TO RESPOND TO RESET REQUEST. Tried calling. Go online, to the USELESS WEBSITE I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH FOR TWO WEEKS NOW. REFUSE TO RESPOND TO RESET REQUEST. Try another method. Enter phone number. "That number not associated with a microsoft account."

I have had this e-mail for OVER TWENTY YEARS, now they will not acknowledge my password, refuse to send me a code to reset password, LITERALLY IMPOSIBLE to get help. Keep asking for e-mail address to respond to. HELLO, YOU INCOMPETANT BASTARDS, YOU WANT TO SEND AN E-MAIL TO AN E-MAIL ADDRESS I CANNOT ACCESS?

BOTS, BOTS, BOTS. NO HUMANS. NO RESPONSE. NO HELP. COMPLETELY USELESS COMPANY!

stay away from Microsoft. Check reviews. Find company with actual CUSTOMER SUPPORT. MICROSOFT DOES NOT HAVE ANY AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HELPING.

Tried to get virtual quote since it is weekend and they are closed until Monday. Camera REFUSED to load. I ALREADY HAVE PICTURES! Tried to contact online. After twelve, that's right TWELVE capchas, got error message. Already missed work today. Now I have to take off Sunday. Have to take off Monday to take it in for quote. Three days off work will PROBABLY cost me my job. Why advertise VIRTUAL QUOTE if it is IMPOSSIBLE TO GET ONE? I'all be taking my car elsewhere. If I can't get advertised virtual quote how can I trust them with my repairs?

I have had a CPAP machine for over three years but CANNOT USE IT. I tried once again to use it but the pressure is cranked WAY TOO HIGH. I cannot fall asleep with this thing blowing in my face all night long. Tried to call. "Our office is closed. Call us back during our regular business hours 7 a.m. until 8 p.m."

I AM NOT TRYING TO FALL ASLEEP DURING THE DAY. WHEN I NEED HELP, WHEN I AM TRYING TO SLEEP, YOU CANNOT GET A HOLD OF THEM. "We will call you back tomorrow during our regular business hours."

Tomorrow is useless. I am trying to fall asleep at NIGHT. Now they will give me a call tomorrow while I am at work and have to leave my phone turned off! Not to mention I SLEEP AT NIGHT. NOT DURING THEIR REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS. How can a company that claims to be dedicated to helping your sleep disorder only have hours when I AM NOT TRYING TO FALL ASLEEP?

For THREE AND A HALF YEARS I have been dealing with this. "Have your PCP call us back with a new prescription." Had my doctor do that before but they NEVER TURNED DOWN THE PRESSURE. STARTS OFF OK BUT SLOWLY BUILDS UP SO HIGH IT KEEPS ME AWAKE.

Their support is USELESS if I can't get a hold of anybody.

OVER AND OVER AND OVER. I read a statistic that said 50% of all people that have a CPAP machine don't use them. THIS IS WHY!

Tip for consumers:
Look elsewhere if your doctor prescribes CPAP therapy. Apria is TERRIBLE when it comes to customer service.

Been using Geni.com for months. Able to access photos no problem. Now it is telling me I have to log in. Log in and all it does is ask me to pay for geni premium site, $140 a year. Can't even access people on search results on new computer. Wants me to pay for premium. Over and over and over. All it will do is ask me to pay for premium site. FREE MY $#*!!

Went back to phone, where I have been using site for nearly a year, and now it is asking me to pay for premium to access photos. So far, I can still access ancestors' profile, but for how long? Keep getting "start free trial" "only $140 a year". Site is useless now. All they want is MONEY, MONEY, MONEY!

USED TO BE A GOOD SOURCE FOR RESEARCHING FAMILY TREE. RECOMMENDED IT TO SEVERAL PEOPLE OVER THE PAST YEAR. NO MORE!

Made appointment for quote for dentures. TOLD them insurance coverage I had. When given quote they said insurance only covered 25%. I informed them it should be 50%. Contacted my insurance company and they informed me Greenburg Dental NEVER EVEN CONTACTED THEM to verify coverage. Told me to have Greenburg call them to verify. Nobody answers phone, messages don't get returned. Insurance company got the same. NOW WAY TO ACTUALLY TALK TO SOMEBODY. MUST LEAVE MESSAGE. NEVER CALL YOU BACK. Even customer service number won't answer or call back. Left DOZENS of messages. All ignored.

The quote they gave me was nearly $800 HIGHER THAN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN because THEY NEVER EVEN BOTHERED TO CONTACT MY INSURANCE COMPANY TO VERIFY COVERAGE.

OVERCHARGING ME because they never bothered to even VERIFY my insurance coverage!

I had been seeing a therapist for my vertigo. After several sessions she told me she thought my initial diagnosis may have been wrong. I may have Meneire's Disease, She told to to get a second opinion. I made an appointment with Dr. Wade Han for a diagnosis of my condition. While there he had my hearing tested and told me I needed a cochlear implant. HE NEVER EVEN EXAMINED ME! All he did was test my hearing and give me a prescription with ONE refill. His office gave me two referrals for surgery for my cochlear implant.

Both referrals were with the same office and they don't take my insurance. I called back for another referral, "those are the only names we have". After nearly a TWO MONTH search I found a doctor that accepts my insurance, but they only treat children, I asked if they treat adults and they said it was a case by case basis. I had to have my doctor send in a referral, all my records, and an audiology report. I called Dr. Han's office and they told me I had to come in and sign a request. The only problem is the office I went to was closed that week, so the other office they had said I had to come in. I told them I had no idea where they were, way on the other side of town, so she told me she would have my records sent over without having to come in. TWO WEEKS LATER, THAY HAVE NOT BEEN SENT!

I also tried getting a refill on my prescrition. I was contacted by Dr. Han's office saying they wanted me to call back about the refill. I called the office again. I was asked if I had had an appointment with my PCP yet. It was Dr. Han that gave me the prescription! Why would I see my PCP when my therapist wanted a diagnosis for my vertigo BY AN ENT! That is what I made the appointment with Dr. Han for. Did I mention HE NEVER EVEN EXAMINED ME! They refused to refill my prescription. I was told I needed to come back in again.

I asked about my referral. She told me I had to come in to sign a request. I told her when I called her office was closed, I was told the referral would be sent WITHOUT HAVING TO COME IN.

I came in for a diagnosis and the Doctor NEVER EVEN EXAMINED ME. They refuse to refill my prescription. They refuse to give me a referral. I asked if they had an office manager I could talk to AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME!

THE DOCTOR NEVER EVEN EXAMINED ME. THEIR STAFF IS THE RUDEST I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME A REFILL ON MY PRESCRIPTION. THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME A REFERRAL FOR MY COCHLEAR IMPLANT SURGERY. THEY DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR ME.

If you are looking for a Doctor that will actually EXAMINE you and give you a diagnosis, if you are looking for a Doctor that will give you a referral for treatment he said you NEED, if you are looking for a staff that gives PROFESSIONAL and CARING support, LOOK ELSEWHERE.

NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I HEARD OF A DOCTOR THAT REFUSED TO EVEN EXAMINE A PATIENT. WHY DID HE EVEN LET ME MAKE AN APPOINTMENT IF HE HAD NO INTENTION OF EXAMINING OR TREATING ME? AND WHY DO I NEED TO COME IN FOR A REFERRAL FOR SURGERY THE DOCTOR TOLD ME I NEEDED? HE GAVE ME A REFERRAL WHEN I CAME IN, BUT SINCE THE ONLY OFFICE HE REFERRED ME TO DOSN'T TAKE MY INSURANCE I NOW NEED TO COME IN AND SIGN SOMETHING TO GET A NEW REFERRAL!

WORSE DOCTOR AND STAFF I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS! STAY AWAY! FIND A DOCTOR AND A STAFF THAT ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH AND WELL-BEING. DR. HAN AND HIS OFFICE FAIL IN THAT REGARD

It took a while for Apple to finally get ahold of me, but they WERE able to tell me how to reboot my system (erasing everything and starting over completely). Fortunately I hadn't been using the iPad long so the apps I did have and the information I lost weren't that hard to recover. I hate to think about what would have happened if I had the iPad longer. Like I said, I had to reboot the system and start all over again. Hesitant to update Ifunes again.

Updated itunes to connect with my ipad. Apple tried to verify with my ipad. Got kicked off internet, now ipad useless. Won't finish updating ipad. Can't even TURN OFF ipad. Tried to contact support, want my serial number before I can even ask for help. "serial number is on your ipad" - which I CAN'T ACCESS. Finally read their microscopic numbers on back of ipad. Schedule a callback eight hours down the road - again, my ipad WON'T EVEN TURN OFF! Tried TWICE to schedule a callback, won't let me! "send it in for repair". IT WAS THEIR UPDATE THAT DESTROYED MY IPAD!

The most USELESS support I have ever come across.
