Brought boots to Red Wing store for resole. Shoes were not sent to factory for recondioning, but instead done locally. Shoes were ruined by unqualified cobbler. Red wing co. Will not fix because red wing store sent to unqualified repair shop. I paid full price, store manager cut corners and refuses to correct. Red Wing Company says to take it up with Red Wing store manager, they are not responsible for their own management/employees.

Ordered oct 2, but was informed after a week and contacting them, that my order was delayed due to the huge sale. Then received a tracking # (thinking that would make me happy) that was not activated for another 2 days. Heard the hurricane matthew excuse too(if my order was shipped on time it would not have been an issue), but the real kick in the balls was finally receiving it, a purple hoverboard when i ordered white. WTF? I specifically picked that color for a reason, i didnt check the box marked "what ever you feel like sending". Nobody ever reports here when they are happy, all those nice reviews are from the employees, friends and relatives. I was an actual customer. Shop wisely.
