This place should be investigated for Insurance fraud; however, I am sure they have "small print" covering their snake in the grass tactics.
Fact, if you have insurance you will be billed $493.00 to insurance coverage plus $180.00 to deductible for a total of $673.00 for 5 emailed maintenance prescriptions (no pain killers or nonsense) to be sent to CVS as I was. (and yes, that is ALL that was done)
But if you have some friends call for a price with no insurance, the exact same service is $99.00 (OR $99.99 per their own admittance via email to my inquiry about the outrageous bill I received.) Which they would NOT TELL ME THE COST IN ADVANCE after giving my insurance information.
Think I am lying -See Attachments of actual email with letterhead >>> and actual insurance billing docs. (Name removed) Insurance Coders will recognize this.
If you trust crooked people like this with your healthcare, you get what you deserve.
