My experience: i set up a project. Then I couldn't access it. I contacted help after difficult to navigate steps on website, I called, then was directed to be texted a link, then had to download an app, then I was able to finally chat with help. They then changed the time for the project from which I originally posted. Which didn't work for me. They then charged me $15 to change the time. Then the project gt rescheduled by several days - for an emergency project. And again, contacting help was so difficult to navigate I gave up. Wasted time and money. Be warned.
