I performed due diligence. I google pro the company and look at the location on satellite. I could not find them. However, I am not a pro at using that site. An honest mistake was made for my email address, and it is now corrected. I placed several calls and had a return call back. The person from the budget kits site was extremely professional and very personable. The time was taken to explain me the reasons for the delay in returning call. I understood that this is a difficult time for business especially a complex business that deals externally with other vendors in order to complete the processes involved. This being said, I have received every information I requested and have now started the process and moving forward.
