Bought a "refurbished" Allen Bradley plc module (paid extra for "refurbished" over used, paid extra for two day shipping). Unit arrives ten days later and immediately displays a critical error fault, non-recoverable. Bought on online store, never got an order confirmation or tracking info.
Return was a time consuming nightmare but finally got an rma and paid to ship it back, a few weeks later it finds it's way back to my desk. Many phone calls and emails later, I was told that more than 30 days had passed and it could not be returned for credit so they "repaired " it and returned to me. Put it on a network and dead on arrival. Rather than try to waste any time with them, I find myself writing this review. Wish I had my $719 back. Buy at your own risk.
