It needs a little more instructional information but otherwise great
My bank has a fraud alert so it returned a payment but i i payed it next day. They wont waive this one time fee, I contacted them and the girl says there's nothing we can do. I told her ive always been on time with my payments. I cant help if my bank has a fraud alert on my account so anything over 50.00 got returned by them. But ive never defaulted either. I wont be using their service again. They dont care if u been on time with all your payments
Tip for consumers:
Buyer beware! No sympathy during COVID or of no fault of my own. It was my bank being cautious for my protection
